The Multi-Policy Discount is applicable to Auto policies if NYCM Insurance also holds your homeowner and/or umbrella policy.

If you own a house, mobile home, condominium, or co-op, whether NYCM Insurance holds your insurance policy for the property or not, you are eligible for a discount on your auto insurance premium.

There are various ways in which insured parties may qualify for the Injury Protection Discount Program. Please contact your agent to learn more about how this program may apply to your specific policy.

A discount will be applied to the policy of those over the age of 65 if they have been insured with NYCM Insurance and meet the qualifications of the Claim Free Discount. If the Claim Free Discount is removed at a later date, the Senior Discount will remain.

Completing an approved accident prevention course and providing proof of completion will allow for a discount on your policy.

Policies insuring drivers under the age of 21 may be eligible for a discount after satisfactory evidence is provided that the driver has completed a driver education course. For more information about courses and qualifications, contact your agent.

Vehicle owners or operators between 16 and 24 years old who are full-time high school, college, or university students who hold a grade point average of a B or its equivalent, may qualify for discounts. Contact your agent for additional details about this discount program.

Parents who include coverage for their college students that are 24 years or younger may be eligible for a discount to their premium while their child is away at school without a vehicle, as long as they reside at least 100 miles away from where the car is kept. Contact your agent for more details about this discount and eligibility.

Policyholders who enroll in auto-pay for payments will receive a discount.

At Fault Accident Forgiveness may apply for customers who meet the below qualifications. This addition to your policy can provide forgiveness for your first accident, ensuring your premium doesn’t increase because of it.

To qualify, customers with Multi-policies must:

• Have been insured with NYCM Insurance for at least three consecutive years.
• Be claim free for at least five consecutive years (regardless of their insurance carrier(s) during that time period).

To qualify, customers without Multi-policies must:

• Have been insured with NYCM Insurance for at least five consecutive years.
• Be claim free for at least seven consecutive years (regardless of their insurance carrier(s) during that time period.

At Fault Accident Forgiveness Plus is an expansion on all of the benefits for those associated with the At Fault Accident Forgiveness Program, plus an additional discount on deductibles for those that qualify.

To qualify, customers with Multi-policies must:

• Have been insured with NYCM Insurance for at least five consecutive years.
• Be claim free for at least seven consecutive years (regardless of their insurance carrier(s) during that time period.

To qualify, customers without Multi-policies must:

• Have been insured with NYCM Insurance for at least seven consecutive years.
• Be claim free for at least nine consecutive years (regardless of their insurance carrier(s) during that time period.

Additional terms and conditions may apply. * An insured can maintain their At Fault Accident Forgiveness status even after losing the Claim Free Discount. Claim Free Discount will not be removed from a policy as a result of a single accident with an aggregate damage to property of $2,000 or less. ** For At Fault Accident Forgiveness Plus, applicable collision deductible is any deductible equal to or greater than $200. State law requires that the resulting collision deductible amount will never decrease to an amount below $100. There is no cash value earned. Claim Free, At Fault Accident Forgiveness and At Fault Accident Forgiveness Plus programs are all subject to terms and conditions. (Please see your policy for details or your agent with questions). Your eligibility for these programs will be directly dependent upon you remaining accident free. Additionally, your final eligibility for these programs is subject to the final determination of the underwriting qualifications.

Insured parties who have not submitted a claim in the past five consecutive years, regardless of your insurance carrier(s) during that time period, are eligible for a discount.

If your car has factory installed motorized safety belts and/or one or more airbags, you could qualify for a discount on your premium.

If your car has a built-in anti-theft system, you could be eligible for a discount on your policy.

Cars equipped with either a two or four-wheel anti-lock braking system may qualify for a discount.

Having daytime running lamps as one of your car’s features will provide you with a discount on portions of your premium.

Just purchased a brand new car? Great news - vehicles produced for the current or upcoming model year qualify for a new car discount on collision coverage.
