When you call Customer Service to report your accident, our representative will send all of your information to the repair shop of your choice. Upon arrival at the repair shop, they will be ready For You. NYCM will issue payment directly to the shop. No waiting for checks, no hassle. Advantage Repair Shops will give your vehicle top priority.
• Quality Repairs:
  We are dedicated to delivering an outstanding claims experience. Each of our shops has demonstrated the ability to accurately estimate vehicle damages and perform quality workmanship.
• Lifetime Guarantee:
  NYCM guarantees all Advantage Repair Program repairs for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.
• Direct Payment:
